The 52-day challenge is winding down. I had to work my butt off to accomplish this challenge. I felt I got behind and did too much this last weekend. However, I accomplished all my goals with a day to spare.
Today, I almost blew a CE. My mom offered me fast food chicken. I was starving and busy and thought, hey I can save some time. But I thought, geez, to lose it this close to the end is pure ridiculous. Why work so hard for 50 days and then lose it two days before the end.
I went to the doctor yesterday and was not happy. He did not check my grip strength or anything. I do not want to bore you. I guess I will not know how much stronger I am. I will just say that I feel stronger and I can do so much more. Yeah to “The Big Book of Exercises” and my new Physical Therapist. Yeah to the people on the 52DC who have guided me, supported me and let me learn from their posts. I would not be where I am today without all of them.
It made me feel good on this challenge and the last that I was able to give some of what I learned and challengers actually used it.
Tomorrow I will take pictures of my yard and show you all my hard work. The war on weeds. LOL… Yeah, what was I thinking? I will say, I have stayed on top of it and got so much done. I just wish I had taken before pictures. I will try to go out tomorrow and pick any stray weeds. I had to use a poison on the morning glories that were taking over and I accidentally sprayed my zucchini. Yikes! I also accidentally sprayed a small pepper plant too. It did kill the morning glories so we will see if they come back. Hopefully the zucchini will recover. It was growing so well.
Okay, guys, see you in a day or two with the pictures and my final results.

I was just informed that the 52DC blog I have at http://dynamics.my52dc.com would no longer be supported. I have transferred all my posts onto my new blog. I was unable to get my name, drats, so I changed it to https://mydynamicjourney.wordpress.com I hope you will all change your bookmarks and follow me on the new site.

QOTD: Do you have a good cheat planned after the end of this challenge? If so, tell us about it.
AOTD: I am NOT cheating. I have started a new plan. In six days I lost 4.5 pounds. I gained a 1/2 pound today. I will try this for a month and do not want to stop just because the 52DC ended.
I am so proud of myself. I would have received a “Platinum” metal had I signed up on the main forum. Doing it on my own was harder and I was NOT motivated as much as if I had the whole group behind me. Otherwise, I am sure I would have received that Platinum + metal.
For those of you who followed me, I thank you. Your support and encouragement meant a lot to me. I have contemplated starting a blog logging my days and my food including some hints, recipes and such. I have to see if I have the time to dedicate to this. To get followers you have to post consistently. Sometimes I am overwhelmed and unable to do that. I will let you all know if I decide to do that. If not, I will continue posting here on my 52DC log.
Yeah, I did it!!
Thanks again and remember…Keep it Clean!

QOTD: What is something that you’ve done that you thought you couldn’t do or were afraid to do?
AOTD: Hike that mountain. OMG. That was so scary. I had to crawl up part of it because it was so steep. And then when I learned there was a fence and I had to go back down the way I came up I was freaked. It turned out great and gave me the motivation to try other scary trails.
Call it Hiking or call it Crawling. You do what you think you can.
Have a great day everyone!
