Three more days and I have finished another 52DC. This one was tough. I was not as motivated with my CE’s as I should have been. If I had been on the forum I think I might have tried harder.

My new program is working!!! I am 0.8 pounds away from what I weighed back in 2008 at the end of my very first 52DC. Only five days in, I hope this works. Cross your fingers and toes.

Have a great day everyone. Thanks for hanging with me. It gives me great joy!!

Quote of the Day: “Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in, forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day, you shall begin it well and serenely…”

AOTD:
I have started a new plan after meeting with a nutritionist, more about that later. I designed a spreadsheet to log all my food and make sure I am eating the correct grams. Today, Saturday, I will be walking around the lake with my beautiful daughter and her very sweet dog, Brooklyn. Afterward, Brooklyn and I are going to work on cleaning up the garden and getting in a winter crop. Of course, plant Brooklyn some more carrots. He loves to pick carrots. I have met all my goals but my CE. I hope in the next few days, with this new program, that I will FINALLY be able to fit into those jeans. If not, it will be soon. The program I am on has to work.

I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend. Keep it clean and work hard at finishing up your goals. Do some doubles if need be. Your metals will be here soon.

QOTD: Has there been a time in your life where you had to work through a great wall or hardship, and what did you learn from it?

AOTD: YES!! My husband got hurt on the job, work comp played games, and some times we had no money to even buy food. Thank goodness for a great property owner that held my checks for one month giving me some play room to juggle things. You have to find ways to take care of your family. You can only count on yourself. It made my kids stronger and they are who they are today because of it. They really know how to stretch things. My daughter can make four outfits out of just a few items, making it look like she has a big wardrobe. Both my kids have bank accounts set up that will help pay their bills for a few months IF anything happens.
