QOTD: What do you enjoy doing in your spare time that does not involve working out?

AOTD: Reading. I wish I had more time. I have tons of books on the shelve waiting for me to crack them open. I truly miss my time with them.

Off to Physical Therapy. I get a good RT and sometimes a CT in. If there are no patients using the bike, she allows me to stay and use it for 20 minutes. Funny, she taught me how to walk on the treadmill. I did not have the heart to tell her I have one at home. She put me at 1.7 mph. LOL, the lowest I walk is 2.5. I am learning a lot. Some of the exercise I have been doing are BAD for my shoulder. I wish I could find a Personal Trainer to design a routine for my shoulders. I am picking the brain of the therapist but it is hard to get her to understand.

Okay, everyone, have a great day!

AOTD: I do not eat snacks, I know, never have. My family would not let us. You get used to it. When I had kids I did not want them to eat junk so I tried to keep it out of the house. If I was to snack it would have to be fruit of some sort. Usually apple or watermelon. A slice of peanut butter toast would be good.

Off to see the Dr. about my shoulder. Hope he is nice this time and does not make me wait for hours.

Have a great day everyone.

AOTD:
Razer and I am in the process of upgrading. Any suggestions. Yes I have a land line and that is my phone of choice. I only use my cell phone to talk to my kids (When the kid was in college there were no long distance charges when we used the cell phone). Now I mainly use my cell phone for emergencies and talking to my kids. I text my kids but I use the computer. So much easier that trying to do it on a cell phone. Never, never drive and talk. I personally am not a cell phone person and do not feel I should do both.
