1 1/2 Lbs Flank Steak
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Tblspns Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Celery Salt
1/2 Tsp Coarse Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Season-All
Put Steak in a ziplock bag for easier cleanup.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak, coating entire surface.
Marinate several hours, turning occasionally.
Grill 4 inches from coals 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
Carve into thin slices on extreme diagonal against the grain.
