PG3: Read One Book (The Bible Sculpting Book for Women) 54/381 and 100 pages of other reading. 200/100 (Reading James Patterson, easy to read only a page or two at a time.)
PG4: Continue unpacking and going through paperwork. Spend at least 15 minutes a day or at least two hours a week. 14 hour 25 min/14 hours Success and continuing on.
QOTD: What goal/goals do you have trouble achieving? What is your biggest obstacle? How do you plan to overcome it?
AOTD: The goal I just cannot get is to fit into that dang pair of jeans. It is so frustrating. My biggest obstacle has to be knowledge. I must not be doing something right. I plan on talking to a nutritionist at the store and see if she cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. I think it is protein. Not enough protein.
